Welcome to Guided Imagery. Here you will find a relaxing and comforting imagery session recorded by myself, designed to reduce student stress. Below are links to listen to an introduction to Guided Imagery, to learn a little more about it and how to properly prepare for listening, as well a link to start the Guided Imagery itself. So relax, listen, and enjoy.

If you are connected via 56k dial-up, RealAudio format is recommended, and requires the RealPlayer. If you have a high-speed connection such as cable or DSL, you may use the MP3 format choice, which is playable with Windows Media Player or WinAmp. Both are available as a free downloads.
